I agree with Marty. To try to make it a SMC operation violates the rule of a
"local group". It was supported, promoted and advertised by KCDXC...a local
group.  If we are ever to get the locals to become more interested in
contesting and the KCDXC...we should NOT send our score to an organization
outside our area just so they can win an award. However, you make the
call...it is your station.
