[Kantronics] KPC-2400

Does anyone know the built-in factory test routines for the KPC-2400? I
have two that recently became inoperative. I am also looking for a
service manual if one is available. I have all of the operator's
manuals.
 
Is there a common problem that these TNC's typically incur over time? I
am simply looking for a starting point as Kantronics does not support
the KPC-2400 anymore.
