[Kantronics] KPC3 ROM updates

Jay, does Kantronics no longer support the KPC-3?  They always seemed
anxious to sell me a replacement EPROM when I was using the KAM and the
KPC-4.  I would think that making a PROM on one's own might be considered
piracy.  Of course if they don't support it any longer one hasn't much
choice.
