Kantronics has been rapidly and reliably flushing themselves down the
shitter for the past couple years, I don't even waste my time with those
idiots anymore.  Poor customer service, uneducated technicians, lack of
socumentation, and poor qulaity of what little they do have and the last
moron I contacted there didn't know their product line.
