[Kantronics] Packet software for Kantronics KAM Plus

A MX-604 modem chip from MX-COM appears to be a functional equivalent to
the 3105 and I have heard that someone was been using it on a daughter
board to swap the pins around. I have 4 of the chips myself but never
got around to trying them.
