[Kantronics] Host Master II+

I do not have hostmaster but I have a very good host mode program for KAM on the
morse/digital portion of my web site http://www.qsl.net/k8zt/morse.html and go
to the "KAM 5.10 - Works with KAM (very good)" link then download from my FTP
site.
