[K6NCG] K6NCG mailing list

[k8mp at aol.com]

I was there Nov 68 through Nov 69.I didn't take much advantage of the radio shack. Been kicking myself ever since for that and also for not learning how to sail.Fondest memory: Chief Gurt.Others: Fillmore West (Chuck Berry) plus other concert venues. I saw several bands that were just getting started on the West Coast that later became famous nationally. My General license expired around the time Incentive Licensing came in. I had to start over and got special liberty to take the General and Advanced tests in San Francisco.A year later, I did the same thing in Philadelphia for the Extra.Incentive Licensing worked as advertised for me and many others.

Also, sorry to hear about Tom. Last I heard, he told me that I could use
the club call from the island.
