[K6NCG] Saving a piece of History

The reason the concrete may not be removed if I remember correctly it is a pad about 4 to 5 foot deep.  May not be able to saw out the call sign.

I'm not sure of when this particular concrete was poured, but my call was K9IHG at the time I was at TI (1962-63).
