[K6NCG] Fox Broadcasts & NERK NERK

For those of you who were around K6NCG in 1962, when Don Hickle (KØRUC) first got the RTTY position going, you may remember "NERK NERK", which became his "sort of" nickname.  If you look at the picture of him in "The 60's" - Fifth Row, 2nd. from Left... you'll see "NURK NURK" [sic] on top of the Model 19.

NERK NERK means To Any and All US Navy ships - typically we copied the Fox from NPG (NAVCOMMSTA SFRAN - actually Stockton, CA)
