[K6NCG] Field day is done

Well guys, I tried numerous times but unfortunately never heard K6NCG here in central Texas.
My latitude is 29°55'N, longitude 98°05'W. (to the nearest minute)
I don't have a 20-meter antenna but do have a 40-m. dipole oriented so it gets out to the west
and listened around the frequencies 7.292 and 14.292 - there was a rock crusher on 7.290 who
pretty well drowned out everyone else around that frequency.
I even tried listening for a while on 21.292 today after the e-mail came out, but here in Texas
15 was dead the whole time. Sunspot activity right now is zero to nothing.
Better luck next year and I should have a 20-meter antenna up by then (I hope!)
73 and thanks for the hard work!
Ron (K5CXH)
