Hi gang, 
We are closing in on field day for this year and I sure would like to see a few of you out here to help operate K6NCG from the Island.
I got a call from Joe Getlien W1FAI the other day and he is considering the trip all the way from the east coast!  He found that for him it was cheaper to fly in to San Jose than SFO or OAK. 
Also he is looking into staying at the Navy Lodge near Moffett field for minimal cost.  There's a deal for all you retired military guys!

You are still inside the 21 day advance airfare rates by a matter of hours, so now is the time to jump on it for the best airfares you can get.

We're looking forward to hearing from you soon.
As soon as we work out the details, I'll update you on what frequencies we'll try to be on, conditions permitting of course.
