Welcome Aboard Tom, great to hear from you, it's only been since 1964 or
1965 when I last saw you in the Philippines! I still remember the trip out
to your house boy's parents home and how his momma opened a pineapple with
one hack from her machete. That deft blow by that diminutive weathered lady
clearly made an impression.

We are still planning to put together a Field Day effort on the island this
year using "K6NCG" (Thanks to Mike Mitchell, W6RW (formerly N6NU and
WB6FCE).
Tom, you and any of our K6NCG alumni are invited to attend.
This year I hope to have more than one operating position and two operators
to make things happen. And we'll be a little more organized than last year
about which bands and what frequencies we'll be using. Hopefully we'll be
able to hook up with a lot more of the group this year.

Anyone want to spend a few days in the San Francisco bay for Field Day this
year?
