	Wow - this site brings back old memories. I helped operate the station from February 1967 to August 1967 and was also the equipment manager during that period.  It sure was neat to be able to stand 14 section duty as opposed to walking around the barricks at night in 4 section duty.

While there, we acquired the NCL-2000 linear amp from a ham store in Oakland.  We also put up a new Hygain 4 element 20 meter beam and a 15/10 meter beam.  The ends of the elements kept breaking off of the 20 meter beam, but we never could figure out why.

I operated the new location in July of 1972 just before getting discharged.  I sure missed the old site.
