It is very easy to receive VLF signals, or at least set up a VLF
Receiver.  Search the Internet and download the SAQRx.exe program.  It
is a small program that runs under Windows or Linux Wine.

One such source, that also provides a list of radio signals you might
encounter is:

I don't know if the SAQRx program is configured to receive CW, but SAQ
(the Alexanderson station's callsign) can be easily tuned from clicking
an on-screen button.  Couldn't be easier!   

One caution - do not connect a longwire antenna directly to the
computer's soundcard input such as mic-in.  Use a series resistor (10K
or larger, value not critical) and back-to-back diodes from the input to
the soundcard to ground.  Refer to the help information in SAQRx.exe.
