In response to several requests for Morse Code training programs, one
recommendation is a web site program at http://aa9pw.com/morsecode/   The
training program can be operated from the website, there is no program
installation necessary.

Several programs, including MorseCat can be found at
http://morsecode.nl/morse code learning.html.  Look for shareware links to
obtain downloadable files.
