Here is the e-mail to forward on to your volunteers.  I am also sending a copy of this e-mail to Eva so she will know who you are.
 
They need to contact Eva tomrrow, or ASAP to get in.  They will have to sign up to be a Red Cross Volunteer, but will not be made to volunteer any more then they want.  It's a GREAT chance for your Ham Radio people.
