Alan is planning on being there around 9.    He wonders what tools, line, or whatever you want him to bring.  Joy

Hello, everyone.  The Hamilton Wireless Association had a wonderful monthly meeting this last Tuesday, lots of neat new toys (read new radio equipment), the installation of wired Internet at the clubhouse, thanks to the very generous donation on the part of one of our members and all in all good cheer!

It is rather short notice, but the holidays are creeping up on us.  The Club is holding a Bar-B-Que (Hamburgers, Hotdogs, salad and drinks) this Saturday around noon, or if we get carried away, early afternoon.  If you'd like to help us work on some of the antennas, please join us at 9:00am, when we will start work on the 80 and the 160 meter dipole.  We also discussed the possibility of fitting a vertical on top of the water tower.  That should be one good DX antenna, just in time for an increase in sunspots that might be in the immediate future.

If you'd like to stop by, please do, and join us for lunch this Saturday!  If you can RSVP, please let us know so we can plan for food, but we'll have extra.

Bill
