[K6BW] CW activity may return to the MARS system

You may not know that Building 549 is the home of NNN0VNV, the only assigned
MARS club callsign on the western half of the US.  MARS callsigns are now
only assigned to individuals.

MARS has not been able to use CW for several years.  That may change
according to the ARRL article:
