Guys, I will be giving away free KD1JV Simple Keyer Kits Sunday at the
NorCal meeting in Pleasanton.  The kit is a brand new one, and is what it
says, a simple keyer.  No memories, no speed pot, just a keyer.  It is the
same one that is used in the DCXX Series of Transceivers that Steve
designed.   Steve has designed a board that will mount to any panel by
drilling 2 round holes, one for the stereo jack and one for the push
button activator.  It is a neat kit, and we are giving it away free to all
licensed hams who show up at the NorCal meeting as a way of saying thank
you to all who attend the April 1st NorCal meeting and as a thank you to
all of you who support Hendricks QRP Kits.

How do you get to the NorCal meeting?  Take I-580 to the Santa Rita Exit. 
Head south and take the first right into the shopping center.  Take
another right as soon as you can, then another right, and then you will
see Eric's Deli.  That is where we meet, starting at 11:00 AM.  I think
that the Livermore Swap will be held that same day.  Take in the swap,
stop by the NorCal meeting and get a free Keyer Kit, and visit with a
great group of QRPers.  Plus, Bob Miller should have his MMR-40 kit there
