Hi Tony,

Glad you are recovering and are up and around again.  Perfect time to make
up cables and finish the station, the weather is lousy outside.

We've missed you at the club.  There is a new transmitter in the shack (AM
type) which you might appreciate, and the emergency program is going well.
I picked up a $30 SDRadio transceiver kit, one-watt transmit, and am slowly
piecing it together which should be fun if I can find a $300 sound card it
needs to operate.  The Boy Scouts are working with their transceiver at the
clubhouse (good sign!).

Will look forward to seeing you, in the meantime, good success with your
projects

Hello Bill,

Sorry I haven't made any meetings lately, I broke my hand about 5 weeks ago
& then had knee surgery the tuesday before thanksgiving. Been laid up at the
QTH. Just in the last few days I have been able to start walking, been
spending time setting up my station at the house. Lots of cables to make &
all those interfaces to the PC. I'm getting close!! Hope to have you up &
see it sometime. Hope all is well at the club.
