This does not appear to conflict with our schedule which is:

 

May 14th 9a -12noon HWA (note change from discussion - I cannot make May
21st as I will be out of town)

Aug 20th  9a -12noon HWA

Nov 19th  9a -12noon HWA

 

Bill and Tim, can you confirm the May date.  Unfortunately I had the wrong
date down for my daughter's graduation and it conflicts with our original
