[K6BW] Protection against dangerous RF fields from QRP rigs on Field Day

This is our next construction project at Hamilton.  We realize that
obtaining the necessary material may be difficult on short notice.  If
necessary we may have to risk dangerous RF fields from QRP rigs this Field
Day and delay the project until early next April. Please do not consider the
Swedish disco version as shown as it will make all but local routine
communications impossible.
