Failed to mention the CHRS Swap location is 2nd Street and Lindaro (the old
PG&E parking lot).  It is easy to find, from HWY 101 north or south take the
Main San Rafael City exit, turn west on 3rd Street (the main one-way street
west).  Continue west a few blocks to Lindaro.  Turn left on Lindaro and you
should see the parking lot and swap on the right-hand side of the street.
