For all you old radio drama fans:

Here is a quote from a radio newsgroup.  KTRB is probably not listenable to
most of us, it is currently located near Modesto.  All that is about to
change one of these days because they have obtained a construction permit to
move the station and broadcast at 50,000 watts on 860 kHz from a site just
east of the race track along Highway 37.  Some of you may be able to receive
KVON, in Napa, however.  Anyway, here is the post:


[Patty Winter] was listening to KTRB yesterday and heard a promo for
something [she] didn't even know existed: New radio adaptations of classic
"Twilight Zone" episodes. Stacy Keach was doing the promo, and [she] sees
him listed as the host on the show's official web site
(http://www.twilightzoneradio.com/). Looks like they've got a good lineup of
actors. [She] also sees that they've been doing this
for two years as of next week, so I'm really behind the times.

According to the web site, the show airs on KTRB and KMPH at 9:00 p.m. on
Saturday's. The only other nearby station is KVON
in Napa (Saturdays at 5:00). (They're also on stations that are carried on
XM and Sirius.) According to the promo, this week's
episode is "Time Enough at Last."

Patty wonders whether KTRB will keep these going when they move.
