Hi Tim,
Good copy tonight. When you send, it sounds about 6-7 wpm maybe a little
more.
Good solid copy.
Just remember, the op on the other end usually tries to match the speed
you send him. I know to send slower to you because when you are learning
code, it is harder to copy than to send because you don't know what is
coming next when you are copying. hi hi
Some times when I answer a CQ at a high speed, the guy comes back at
super sonic speeds because I answered him at a higher speed. Then I have
to sweat it out- just to copy him!
Sorry to hear about your wrist. We QSO'd for almost an hour. (You can
get a Rag Chewers certificate for that!) My wrist gets tired after a
long QSO with the straight key. I learned CW on the straight key and
still love using it.
I finally switched to a keyer about a year ago and am still trying to
master the beast!
Not sure if I will be on tomorrow but If I'm around I'll tune in.
