I have been doing PKS31 QSO this week and have made some good contacts.  I
have received very clear contacts from Minnesota and Utah on 14.070 MHz but
there is a lot of QRM which corrupts many of the signals.  Peter

conditions above 15 MHz are supposed to be great.  Elsewhere expect radio
