  OK, Bill,  I'm definately in since your assembly schedule seems pretty
flexible.  I can make the 2/22 date.  Check for  $24 will be in Monday's
mail out of Sausalito.       If you can find the time, please forward to
me the web site address of the company we're  dealing with.  I failed to
keep it and have a couple of boating buddies who have ham licenses who
