I have the same trouble with the fast stuff but I was using a decoder
program on the computer and that is how I know it was him.  It also showed
me that I was broadcasting several tones at once whereas Bill's was pretty

He said he heard me at 16:35 but by then I am pretty sure I was
running the 5 watts on the Kenwood.

I definitely need more CW listening practice as I cannot interpret too 
much,
too fast and my mind is too slow... it is that mental muscle that is so 
hard to build.
I am game for more skeds, i like this idea of regular meetings of the 
rockmite builders.

As far as harmonics, you have me beat, i wouldn't know a harmonic from 
a power
line interference noise probably.  If anyone wants to listen to my Spam 
Mite Classic
