[K6BW] Tower Height

I duno Harold-Is bigger really better? That beam was on the telephone pole
and it was used to work the world. They used a kenwood ts930s and a Kenwood
922 1000 w amp. Once that sky hook is in the air how do we maintain if rotor
or beam needs work at a later date. Would the height of 55 feet be easier to
maintain than having it up 80 feet? Do we have to guy every 20 foot section?
As you can see I have no experience with towers or beams. Seems to me 55
feet would work the world very nicely if the oak trees don't continue to
grow and if they do maybe you could prune them.
