[K6BW] Tower Work Party

Hi All, I have scheduled a work party this Saturday Nov 9 at 1:00 pm PDT.
We will be installing the baseplate.   Billmt and I have decided we can use
the old base plate.

There are quite a few different "subprojects" associated with the tower and
antenna.  Once the baseplate is installed we will have precise locations for
the guy anchors and can proceed with them.  Everything else will follow in
due course.  I expect this to go slowly but steadily.  With luck we can
start digging for the guy anchors the following weekend, but it's ok to
bring shovel this Saturday.  I would like to see the antenna on the tower
operational by New Year's.
