[K6BW] Milspec 1030C Manual

Received the ICOM 781 service manual from ICOM today.  It is the closest
thing we can obtain to document the Milspec 1030C transceivers.  'Lotsa
radio!  The manual is filled with schematics and board diagrams, all of an
inch-thick worth.  It should be helpful, although I understand the power
supplies in the Miscpec are special to that radio, and even the Milspec
documentation ($400 for a genuine manual!) doesn't have power supply
documentation.  Of course that is in large part what may be wrong with our
radios, but at least we have somewhere to start.
