[K6BW] New Repeater Controller

As mentioned, CSI Connect Systems has donated a new repeater controller to
our club.  It is a good unit that provides repeater functions and telephone
auto-patch.  I haven't tried out the auto-patch function yet, but have
programmed the CW id and tested the repeat function.  Works great.  The
controller also has CTCSS tone out, although the repeater is already
equipped with this option, so won't need it.

Now all we have to do is figure out how to connect it to the repeater.
Connections are rather simple, audio in, audio out and PTT.  We have to find
these connections inside the GE.
