As of a couple of hours ago, the now-obsolete Polycom POTS speaker in the shack was removed and replaced with a new VOIP line and handset. I tested it a few minutes ago, and it’s working fine.

We are now 202-920-4938.

Thanks to Germal Bradley from the Enterprise Telecom team for making quick work of this.
