[K3VOA] VOA on WRMI?

"Flashpoint Ukraine" is in English, so this is more for the general 
English shortwave community.

It demonstrates that VOA can be transmitted on shortwave during this 
time of crisis.

I think WRMI relays in Russian and/or Ukrainian are in the works. Then 
the schedule will have to be publicized in the region by whatever means 
possible.
