Saw this on FB:

UKRAINE Broadcast: The first crowdfunded #VoiceOfAmerica transmission will occur today (yesterday) at 21:00 UTC (16:00 EST) from WRMI in #Florida on 15.770 MHz with 100,000 watts of power beaming to eastern #Europe.

Did that actually happen? People paid WRMI to b'cast us? Is all of Greenville pointed at Cuba? I know it's more complicated than that, but this stretches the definition of a "contractor"...
