To restate what I said during the meeting, selling anything from the ham shack unless we can show we own it, is a very bad idea.

The receivers came from a government facility.  We cannot establish ownership, but I don't know of too many hams who would buy this type of receiver for home use.

Without knowing who owns the units, selling them runs the risk of selling government property, whether it's no longer needed by the USG or not.  That alone should end this.  But if not, when was the last time the club had an expenditure?  Years maybe?  We are not hard up for money, especially with the risk this would carry.

There are no BC’ numbers on either unit. To the best of my knowledge these
units may have been acquired in the late 90’s or early 2000’s. As you know
they are no longer used and are abandoned.
