[K3VOA] VOA ARC Meeting

It's that time again and the VOA Amateur Radio Club will have another virtual meeting this coming Monday, October 5, at 1145 Eastern Time.  We'll have a short business meeting, really short since there isn't much business with all of us working from home, and then Carl will give us a short presentation on "Hamshack Hotline: Back-Channel communications for Amateur Radio and disasters" which is something that I am totally unfamiliar with.
