[K3VOA] Resending munites of March 4 meetin of VOA ARC

I don't know why I am having so many problems with sending these minutes.  I have tried to clean things up a bit, and am resending.  Thanks for your patience.

Draft minutes of the March 4,2019 meeting of the VOA Amateur Radio Club (K3VOA)

The meeting began at 11:45 AM. 
Treasurer’sReport:  All is well. Mike is collecting dues for 2019.     

 There was no station report or new or old business brought up.  Our meeting was mostly a rag-chew about Hamvention in Orlando in February.  We also had a discussion on the current state of propagation.  At February's meeting,some cleanup was done, with equipment deposited outside the shack door.  That was all put back in the shack because of State of The Union activities being held next door the next day.  We re-deposited the equipment outside the door at today's meeting, expecting better luck this time.     Hugh brought up the possibility of having a QSO with the Bethany Relay station next month on the occasion of their 75 anniversary. 

The meeting was adjourned at 12:20 PM. The next VOA ARC meeting is April 1 (watchout)in the K3VOA shack. Call the shack via landline, 202-203-4256, or the repeater, 147.045 if you need an escort into the building.
