Steve Herman, W7VOA, saw a K3VOA license plate at the Vienna Wireless 
Society's Winterfest in Annandale.

Does anyone know whose car this is?

I was also at the Winterfest.  Good turnout this year.  Very few empty 
tables. Same old stuff for sale.

The only new merchandise: Someone selling single-band 2W HF transceiver 
kits.  An SDR kit called Booya SDR <http://booyasdr.sourceforge.net/>. 
And a couple of cottage industry antenna makers.  And The RF Connection 
from Gaithersburg -- useful vendor for cable and connectors -- was there.
