Check out page 72 of the September issue of QST.  There is a picture of 
former FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate, KK4INZ, operating in the K3VOA 
shack (although not identified as such).  This was taken during the 10 
meter contest when K3VOA operated as W1AW/3.
