Radio World has an interesting piece about a Spanish radio station's commemoration of the old Radio Liberty (later RFE/RL) transmitter site at Playa de Pals, Spain ...

Some of the photos show the transmitter building.  I'm not sure if that building, with its remnants of transmitters and control consoles, is still standing.  The antennas and towers have certainly been dismantled.
