Dear VOA ARC Members,

With your permission, I would like to bring our new ARRL MDC Section
Manager, *Marty Pitt**i**nger, KB3MXM*, to the VOA-ARC meeting on Tuesday,
July 7th at 11:45 am.

Marty loves shortwave listening and almost every type of amateur
radio communication modes.  He even enjoys decoding Dr Kim's digital
broadcasts on shortwave.

Mr Pittinger is a great speaker and I am sure you would like to hear
him talk about his experiences.
