[K3VOA] Stairwell access to shack

All,

We have discovered that GSA building management has changed the codes on
the stairwell access to the penthouse and that they are not giving out the
codes.  Currently, the only way to access the shack is via the freight
elevator with a key to let it go up to the penthouse.  Some of you may have
a key associated with your official functions, and I am supposed to have a
key shortly.  I am also supposed to be getting phone numbers to call go
gain access to the penthouse via the stairwell.

This is an unworkable situation and we are trying to get it resolved.
However, we want to proceed a little carefully so as not to jeopardize
access to the shack completely!  In the interim, if you need to get up
there, contact me or someone else you know, or who identifies themselves,
as having an elevator key.

I'll keep everyone informed if there are any further developments.
