[K3VOA] Call for club dues for 2015 Membership

Attached is a WORD document single page.  It contains two VOA-ARC
Membership forms.  Only one is needed.

Please bring it with your dues (renewable amount is $12) to our next
regular meeting.  NEW members need to submit an additional $5 that is the
club's "Processing and Administrative" fee.

If you choose to use snail mail, please send to my call book address.  Do
NOT send to the Independence Avenue address.
