Members of the Voice of America ARC:

Please use the attached form when renewing your membership.  Dues remain at
$12 per year.

The form is used as an "affidavit," that referenced funds received are
accounted for. There are two forms per sheet; only one form per member is
needed. Please submit at the next regular club meeting you attend.

If you prefer to mail your dues, please use the attached WORD file document
when mailing to my callbook address.
