[K3PZN-List] Hamfest Volunteers Needed

All,

Andy gave me a list of required staff for the hamfest so this is to solicit
your help in identifying volunteers.  The positions are

4 people total staggered from 0600 - 1000 for selling tickets and directing
traffic.

2 people who will trade off sitting at a club table to sell club equipment

1 person + me to handle coordination and float between the other jobs

2 people for talk in (should be doable at the club tables if we have 3
people there between the sales and the floater).

Prior to, Andy will need a few folks (Lets say 3) to help move stuff from
his basement to hamfest.  I'll help with that as I have a pickup truck.

Since Andy is headed out shortly on a long business trip, I'll help by
collecting names and positions so please send both Andy and myself your
availability and position preference.

Also, I'd like to try a strategy to increase attendance by alerting the the
other local clubs to what is going to be offered for sale.  If you plan to
rent a space, please let Andy and myself know and also what you plan to
offer.  I'll then send that list to the local club presidents for
distribution to their membership.
