Call to order by Pete WV3S at 1930 PM UTC-5 with greetings and introductions.

MINUTES
Minutes of previous month's meeting posted to club mailing list at <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/k3pzn-list/> . Minutes of most recent Board of Directors meeting posted to the same. Accepted unanimously by membership.

Carroll County Lego Robotic Club is looking for a referee for their competitions.

Frederick County ARC has a Grand Fondo bike race on Sept 17 and looking for volunteers.

Pictures are up on the website for the 6m move in Sykesville.

Club is looking for a Hi-Res image of club logo (sealmark) for printing on coffee mugs with website url (www.k3pzn.net). Former treasurer may have a copy, if any club member does please contact Pete (WV3S).

Columbia Amateur Radio Assoc. Sept 17 and 18 is supporting a run and bike race and looking for volunteers.

Hamfest is coming up, Oct. 22, Andy WO3L is chairing the event.

A Google Group was set up, RADIO-K3PZN at googlegroups.com, in a trial effort to replace the reflector (the mailing list).

Sat. Sept 23, Emergency Services Expo, 10am-2pm at the Carroll County Office Building.

Races Drill tomorrow night, 8:30 pm.
