[K3PZN-List] Volunteer Examiners Needed

Nancy,

Wow.  I thought there was an open book test too.  I just looked into the
Laurel VEC and it appears all that is needed there is for the Team Lead to
submit paperwork.  I've reached out to the Frederick folks to get a better
read, but I think I'll try for one.  If I do it now I might get it back by
the test time.
