Hi Mark,

I will add you to the list.  All you need to do is bring yourself, have a
seat, and order whatever you like off the menu.  We found in the past that
it works best this way as everyone gets exactly what they want and can stay
within their own budgets.  See you on the 10th at J&P in Hampstead.
