Enclosed as a link, please find the CW Committee's survey of the  
membership's opinions with respect to improving CW operating.  This  
survey will help the Committee determine the most advantageous and cost  
effective way to help members get started with CW or improve their CW  
skills.  There are many avenues to their goal and choosing the best one for  
all is required for their success; they need your input to make good  
choices.

Please complete the survey - it should take about two minutes - by November  
19.  This will give the Committee time to review your thoughts prior to  
their December 4 meeting.  This meeting, open to any with interest, will be  
at the Alternate EOC at Kate Wagner Rd, our normal meeting building,  Its  
purpose will be to review the survey and other feedback received and  
formulate an action plan or strategy.
